Salam sejahtera,
9:30 pm, there was still a skeleton of riders at the usual rendezvous. All were not lost. As we regrouped near the Masjid Putrajaya, more riders arrived. It trickled in till almost 10pm. After 5 minutes we rolled-off towards Taman Botani for the usual stop by the bus stop, but we didn't stop. Why? Coz this group of MASSers was so great & cool. We cycled at a steady pace where no one would be left behind. Thank you sweepers.
Of course lah we had to stop at the top of a hill beside Alamanda coz we've got lotta new humans that day. Big ones, small ones & square one too. Quite a handful of puffing magic dragons. I know, the incline was rather steep for some. One lady rider was already about to give up but upon seeing the group, rejuvenated her spirit to continue. Spirit of the coin going overdrive here.
From there it was a fanciful downhill. Feel the wind brushing your cheeks...We let our hair down, reminding everybody to please wait at the PICC traffic lights. I was rather sceptically of it coz for the most PCM, the speed demons wouldn't wait for no soul. I was duped! They waited, yeah...all of them. (We had to accompany an angel, yes an angel, you're hearing it right. Her seat post kept sliding down half way thru the ride).
On behalf of everyone, I would like to thank everyone for making it a "One for All & All for One " ride. As I've d always mentioned numerous times, we must ride in a MASS & never create a MESS. I must say that this is one of the best ever MASS ride in recent months.
I personally salute all who waited patiently for the newbies to arrive for the final leg.
Give a pat on your back, It's one hellova MASS !!!
