Putrajaya Interpark Ride - 3 October 2010

Hear ye people!

Perbadanan Putrajaya is organising an easy Putrajaya Interpark Ride event this Sunday at Taman Wetlands, Putrajaya. With the objective of introducing some of the parks (and perks) in Putrajaya to the masses, this ride will be riding across parks and green precincts.

This event will have two routes - a 20km that comprises easy hill rollings and a 9km looping the Wetlands. As the routes cover mostly offroads, this event is particularly for mountain bikes only.

People from Putrajaya Critical Mass and cyclists from PujMAC will be collaborating together to help.

Date: 3 October 2010
Registration time: 7am (come early to avoid long queues)
Rolling time: 8am
Routes: 20km and 9km
Things to bring: Extra tubes, helmet and enough drinks during the ride
Fee: FREE!

A reminder this is NOT a race. So beginners are most welcome. Riders are advise to follow in a group and not to overtake the marshals. All riders will be regrouped at each checkpoints. All punctures and other mechanical problems will be taken up on the marshal trucks to the next checkpoint.

Lastly stay on after the ride because there will be a lucky draw. Prizes ranging from Cat Eye meters, jerseys and more.
